Our work scope can include:
- Review of offset well data for drilling problems and issues
- Well construction design and engineering specific to well objectives / targets
- Generation of proposed time-depth curves
- Preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and Authority for Expenditure documents (AFE’s)
- Specification of rig, contractor and equipment requirements
- Tendering and procurement of equipment and contractor services
- Negotiation and review of oilfield contracts (it pays to read and understand your rig contract properly before you sign it)
- Preparation of the formal drilling program documentation
- Logistics for campaign start up and ongoing operations
- Management of the day to day drilling operations process including 24/7 on-call for trouble shooting drilling issues as
they arise
- Optimisation of the drilling process to get more 'bang for the buck' (this is particularly relevant to large scale CSG
projects)
